Returns

& Exchange Policy

 

Goods can be Returned within 7 days from the date of Purchase or Exchanged within 15 days from the date of Purchase.

 

For any exchange or return the product should be in original conditions with original price tags intact.

 

This does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents or wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damages (such as scratched leather)

Returns

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within

2 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No. +91 8766315595 between 10am and 7pm, Monday-Sunday

or write to us contact@lepidusbrand.com

After validating your return request we will send you an email authorizing a return along with Return Form. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the

shipping address label on the package and courier it back to us. Please bear in

mind that we should receive the return package within 15 days of us sending the

authorizing email.

Returns can be made in the following ways

Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately

we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that

you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food,

flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept

products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable

liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that

we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is

officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is

posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please

Sale items (if applicable) Only

regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll

receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is

received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order

shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift

giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return

shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach

you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 500 rupees, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund & Cancellation

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you

receive a defective item, please write to us at contact@lepidusbrand.com or call our customer care at 8766315595 with details of the product and the defect. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email,

within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same or

Replacement back to you on to-pay basis. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

Cancellation

How do I cancel an order on https://lepidusbrand.com?

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase.

You can cancel your order by writing to us at contact@lepidusbrand.com

 The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order

has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the

entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed

and shipped out by us.

Simri Bazaar is not liable for any damages in transit.

How will I get my money back after cancellation, Return?

Refunds are made as follows:

 

If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque.

 

If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
